One of the most important duties of a responsible legislator is to be a prudent manager when allocating the tax money entrusted to the Government by its citizens. Government must realize that it is workers, small business owners, companies, and professionals in our society that produce and bring about prosperity in Minnesota. Not once has our Government been able to tax us into prosperity. Therefore we must make sure to not burden our productive work force with excessive taxation.

My experience in running a business has made me a wise manager who understands what is needed and what is waste. I will help our legislature to become more efficient and get money to areas of need and importance. I will encourage policy that helps people become productive citizens not just dependants, and never forget those who are creating opportunity for us all. By following this discipline our citizens and state will be able to help those that have no capability to help themselves.
