Under Minnesota law, once a year you can donate $100 per couple (or $50 per person) to a political candidate and receive a full refund through the state's Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program.
STEP 1:
Send your check to the following address:

(MN law prohibits candidates from accepting business checks)
STEP 2:
After I receive you contribution, my campaign treasurer will mail you a receipt and a refund form provided by the MN Department of Revenue.
STEP 3:
Complete the form and mail it along with your receipt to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
STEP 4:
The State of Minnesota will send you a check fully refunding your contribution in approximately four to six weeks.
