Our children need the best possible education. Strong Education makes for a strong future of our State and Nation. I have at first hand seen many quality teachers and faculty in my own children’s public school. We need to ensure that proper funds get to the best
Teachers and local schools, not spent on excessive bureaucracy. We must reward those
teachers and leaders with outstanding performance. We must create competition and cultivate schools to become more efficient and better education providers. As a legislator, I would be against pouring endless money at districts in which the schools have been ineffective.
Parents should also have choices in education for their children. I would support legislation of tax credits for families that believe there are better options for them in the private education arena, or home schooling.
